The New York State Museum is excited to present a new outdoor experience that can be enjoyed while social distancing during our closure. To start your tour, peer into the lobby window on Madison Avenue, then make your way to the Empire State Plaza and up the steps to the Museum Terrace. We’ve highlighted popular items from our 4th Floor Gallery, along with an evolving collection of new objects that can be viewed from outside.
